This is a tutorial on how to create electrical clouds in photoshop. It was done on a PowerMac G4 running Tiger 10.4 but can also easily be done on a windows-based PC. Just substitute when I say command for control. Sorry for how laggy it is but ishowu obviously doesn't like to run on my G4 PPC processor. (Even though I bought the $20 version). I did all the editing in iMovie HD. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.
